A well-established multinational manufacturing company with global operations are seeking a Finance Executive to manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Scope:
• Process supplier invoices, perform 3-way matching (PO, DO, Invoice), issue customer invoices and credit notes, and ensure accurate recording of all transactions.
• Prepare and process payment runs (local & overseas vendors), monitor AR aging reports, follow up on outstanding payments, and allocate incoming receipts accurately.
• Reconcile vendor and customer statements, investigate and resolve billing or payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist in AP accruals, AR aging review, revenue reconciliation, and ensure proper documentation for month-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and internal controls, assist in audit schedules, support tax and statutory reporting, and contribute to continuous process improvements.


Job Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Open to fresh graduate or 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in AP & AR, preferably in manufacturing environment
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise with internal & external stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
