Key Responsibilities
• Assist in data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations
• Assist in monthly financial closing and reporting
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents (physical and digital)
• Support budget tracking and expense monitoring
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation
• Perform ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (knowledge of accounting systems is an advantage)
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
