Responsibilities

Provide monitoring in operational process in order to comply with policies and procedures, including but not limited to Halal, HACCP, GMP, FSSC, pest control and Customer QA program.

Work closely with Production and R&D to resolve product and processing issues in order to ensure quality standards.

Handle in-line QC and incoming material QC report.

Direct all activities related to food safety instilling a zero tolerance and continuous improvement attitude.

Direct all activities related to quality assurance with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Ensure product quality meet product specification or guideline, maintain measurement system, process control programs and auditing processes, as tools to verify that customer expectations and company standards are being met.

Perform, verify and authorise in-process quality control checks, packaging inspections and shipment verification activities.

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement

Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or Food Biotechnology or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Office Application

Good interpersonal skills and communication

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

A good team player, able to work well with other departments.
