- Lead and manage the marketing team, guide daily work, and ensure targets are achieved.

- Create yearly and monthly marketing plans with clear goals, strategies, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.

- Plan and monitor marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics such as Conversion Rate, CPA, FTD, and affiliate contribution.

- Improve and manage the Loyalty and VIP programs to better engage and retain high-value players.

- Handle and optimize both organic and paid marketing channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Google, YouTube, and TikTok. Create content and monitor results.

- Engage with Influencers/KOLs when needed.

- Research competitors, AI trends, and new marketing tools.

- Support basic graphic design and simple video editing tasks.

- Arrange production of marketing materials and corporate gifts (POSMs).

- Follow up on Customer Satisfaction Survey projects.

- Work closely with Creative, Customer Service, IT teams, and external partners.

- Find and manage affiliates/partners and negotiate deals to grow traffic.

- Manage marketing budget effectively.

- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
