Responsibilities :

Assist in researching and developing new and existing products by sourcing scientific references and journals to support product innovation.

a) Research & Information Gathering

Identify and review scientific journals and articles to support product development.

b) New Product Support

Source new ingredients.

Send samples for laboratory testing.

Prepare samples for stability testing.

c) Existing Product Support

Assist in reformulation or rework of products when production issues arise or for specific market requirements.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

High integrity and attention to details.
