Responsibilities 1. Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and regulators 2. Monitor and interpret relevant laws, policies, and regulations

3. Manage permits, licenses, and regulatory submissions 4. Represent company in public-private engagements or industry dialogues 5. Coordinate internal responses to government policy changes or inquiries

6. Handle regulatory issues and compliance matters with relevant authorities 7. Work cross-functionally with legal, operations, and comms teams 8. Ensure alignment between business goals and government initiativesRequirements

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Law, Public Policy, Political Science, Business, or related) 5–7 years experience in government liaison, regulatory affairs, or corporate affairs Strong understanding of government structures, policymaking, and regulatory processes

Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong network within relevant ministries/agencies (bonus if already existing) Able to write clear, persuasive documentation (letters, position papers, etc.)

High discretion and diplomacy in handling sensitive matters Strong coordination skills across internal departmentsAdditional Information Country: MALAYSIA
