1. Financial Accounting

Maintain full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.

Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.

Perform monthly bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

Process supplier invoices, payments, and staff claims.

Issue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.

Monitor aging reports and ensure timely collections.

3. Tax & Statutory Compliance

Prepare and submit SST (if applicable).

Assist in preparation of tax schedules for corporate tax submission.

Handle statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB where required.

4. Audit & Compliance

Assist external auditors during annual audit.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

5. Administrative & Financial Support

Assist in budgeting and financial analysis.

Support management with financial information and reports when required.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
