Key Responsibilities
Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and overseas visits, business trips to promote products.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.

Follow up on international customer enquiries and ensure timely responses.

Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.

Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

Conduct market research to identify potential markets, trends, and competitor activities.

Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage export documentation.

Follow up on the entire sales and shipment process – from order confirmation, export documentation, until the customer successfully receives the goods.

Follow up on enquiries, orders, and shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Coordinate and register company participation in trade shows and exhibitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in export sales, international business development, or trade (fresh graduates with strong drive are welcome to apply).

Strong knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and international logistics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Willing to travel internationally.

Prepared to represent the company in overseas markets and exhibitions.

Good organizational and follow-up abilities.

Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage the entire process from enquiry to delivery.

Excellent ability to track and follow through on customer needs and orders.

Proven capability to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction through effective follow-up.
