Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily delivery schedules and route planning

Liaise with drivers, warehouse team, and customers for shipment arrangements

Prepare delivery orders, invoices, transport documents, and reports

Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues promptly

Ensure proper documentation filing and data entry in system

Track vehicle movement and ensure compliance with company SOP

Assist in inventory coordination and stock movement planning

Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery status

Support operations team in administrative tasks

Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field

Minimum 1–2 years experience in logistics / transport coordination (fresh graduates may apply)

Good communication and coordination skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic system data entry

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
