Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Conduct regular check-ins with the team to set objectives and monitor progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management.

Proven track record of success across the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing.

Proven experience in sales or business development (B2B/B2C).

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong leadership ability with a results-driven mindset.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to travel at least 40% of the time.
