Your day to day responsibility

Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams for the assigned market, identifying and engaging potential clients and opportunities.

Drive the entire sales process from initial contact through strategy proposal, presentation and successful conclusion, ensuring a comprehensive and effective approach.

Perform market research to identify opportunities, lead sales initiatives and generate company awareness through consultants and plant owner involvement, building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan, utilizing creativity and independent judgment to evaluate and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Collaborate with senior team members to manage company risks that could potentially impact company growth and ensure excellent customer service through regular client engagement and follow-ups.



The ideal candidate will possess:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate qualification, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in sales within the valve industry, ideally with a minimum of 1 year, is preferred.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively close deals.

Possess effective problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
