Responsibility:

In charge of administrative and clerical work in Corporate Secretarial Department.

Prepare and file all the statutory documents to Companies Commission Malaysia under the statutory requirement for under the companies.

Provide statutory documents for internal and external parties of the companies.

File and maintain all the statutory books and secretarial documents of the companies.

Assist in preparing meetings' papers for board committee meetings.

Assist in the control of the agreements entered and scanning of agreements into computer.

Any other duties as assigned by the superior and management to you from time to time.



Qualifications:

Literate in basic computer program.

Spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Basic knowledge in Companies Act and Company Secretarial Practices.
