Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, optimizing warehouse layout, managing a team, and ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics operations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to implement best practices in warehouse management.



Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations: Plan, coordinate, and monitor the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, including stock accuracy, cycle counts, and audits to minimize discrepancies.

Logistics & Supply Chain: Manage inbound and outbound shipments, working closely with suppliers, transport providers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement cost-effective strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Warehouse Layout & Organization: Develop and maintain an organized warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and streamline operations.

Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and performance feedback to ensure a high-functioning team.

Equipment & Maintenance: Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and storage systems.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse performance metrics, providing reports to management.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and supply chain processes.

Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution industries is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and warehouse management software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
