Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Operations: Supervise loading and unloading of import/export containers; Ensure goods are stacked safely and efficiently in the workshop; Monitor container loading to meet customer and transportation requirements.

Product Stacking & Packaging: Organize and maintain orderly stacking of finished products: Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transport; Optimize warehouse space for better efficiency.

Team Management: Lead and schedule forklift operators and packing operators; Enforce safe forklift and warehouse operations; Provide training, performance management, and on-site guidance.

WMS & Inventory Control: Operate WMS system to record all inbound, outbound, and internal movements; Ensure work orders are accurately closed in the system; Collaborate with asset management for barcode scanning and inventory control; Maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity.

Cross-functional Coordination: Work with production, sales, and procurement to schedule shipments; Coordinate with the asset team for inventory and equipment management.



Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma degree or higher (preferred disciplines: Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management).

2-3 years in logistics/production management roles, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sector.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).

Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on teamwork.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

High sense of responsibility, execution capability, and passion for continuous improvement.
