Job Title: Quality Inspector

Reports to: Quality Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM, 6 days per week (45 hours per week)


1.Incoming and Process Inspection

Incoming inspection of purchased and outsourced materials

Patrol inspection and sampling inspection of semi-finished and finished products

Completion of various inspection records (castings, full process, surface treatment, finished products, etc.)

2.Sample and First Article Inspection

Inspect samples and first articles of regular products

Completion and approval of First Article Inspection (FAI) records

3.Nonconforming Product Management

Identification, disposition, follow-up, and verification of nonconforming products

Control of the entire nonconforming product disposition process

4.Testing Implementation

Completion of salt spray, tensile/bending, adhesion, and other tests according to the test plan

Issuance of test reports

5.Measuring Equipment Management

Internal calibration of in-house measuring instruments to ensure accuracy

6.Customer Complaints and Improvement

Assist the Quality Supervisor and engineers in handling customer complaints

Participate in root cause investigation and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

7. Quality Issue Analysis

Participate in the analysis of quality issues and incidents, and propose improvement suggestions

Skills Required

Reading and Interpreting Technical Drawings (engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications)

Proficiency in Measuring Tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, gauges, hardness tester, etc.)

Basic Statistical Process Control (SPC) and sampling methods

Qualification: Certificate / TVET / Diploma

Experience: 1 year and above, fresh graduate also acceptable
