Job Responsibilities:​​

Responsible for troubleshooting Schlatter equipment malfunctions and performing routine maintenance according to inspection plans.

Oversee refurbishment of old equipment, as well as installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Conduct daily workshop inspections and provide operational guidance to workers on equipment usage.

Participate in equipment technical upgrades and related projects.

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications：​

Proficient in written and spoken English; Mandarin fluency is a plus.

Diploma or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields.

3+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical equipment maintenance and repair.

Ability to interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and operate tools (e.g., welding equipment, electrical meters).

Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills.
