Job Responsibilities:

Equipment Design & Development: Utilize CAD software to design and develop new production equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

Maintenance & Optimization: Implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure the smooth operation of existing equipment and continuously optimize performance.

Technical Support: Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshoot equipment-related issues, and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.

Project Management: Lead equipment installation and commissioning projects, coordinating resources across departments to ensure timely completion.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure all equipment complies with company and industry safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in equipment engineering; experience in material handling equipment or warehouse solutions is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficient in CAD software, project management skills, and knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
