Key Responsibilities:​

Receive, inspect, and unload incoming raw materials and components, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.

Properly store materials and finished products in designated locations, ensuring orderly and accessible warehouse layout.

Prepare and issue raw materials and components to production teams based on requisition forms or work orders.

Manage the dispatch of finished goods, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and loading for shipment.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS) or manual logs.

Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventories to ensure system accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

Monitor stock levels and alert supervisors regarding low stock or excess inventory.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards within the warehouse.

Assist in coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow.

Report any damaged, defective, or non-conforming items to the relevant department.

Requirements:

SPM or abouve.

Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role, preferably in a construction environment and manufacturing industry.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.

Have basic knowledge of ERP System.
