Working Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM, 6 days per week (45 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and tools.

Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, using manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Repair or replace defective machine parts, using hand tools and power tools.

Install and align new machines and equipment.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and parts used.

Collaborate with the electrical and engineering teams for integrated troubleshooting.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability.



Job Requirements

Education: Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical system, fault diagnosis，machining techniques and parts replacement

Other Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
