Key Responsibilities
1. Live Streaming Operations
Coordinate live streaming hosts and assist with schedule adjustments when required

Support hosts across different shifts to ensure smooth live streaming sessions

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines

Prepare products, studio setup, and equipment before live sessions

Shoot high-quality short videos for TikTok advertisements

Organize and compile raw footage for editing and content production

Monitor live streaming performance and gather analytics for reporting

Stay updated with current skincare and beauty trends to enhance content relevance

2. Live Streaming Video Analysis & Content Strategy
Evaluate video quality, engagement potential, and brand alignment

Plan creative direction including concepts, shot lists, and storyboards

Analyze video performance metrics and audience behavior for continuous improvement

Edit videos and adapt content according to TikTok trends and best practices

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
(Experience in E-commerce, TikTok, or Shopee live stream operations is an added advantage)

Minimum Diploma qualification in any field

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Interest and knowledge in skincare and beauty products

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Willing to work rotational shifts:

Normal working days: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Campaign days: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM / 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
