• Executing the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management
• Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs
• Conducting reference checks and escalating findings when necessary
• Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with recruitment policies and HR systems
• Partnering with leaders across departments to understand and fulfill staffing requirements
• Supporting employer branding activities to strengthen brand visibility
• Collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment

Who we’re looking for:
• Experience in hiring and talent selection
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment tools
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high‑pace, team‑oriented setting
• Understanding of employment regulations and recruitment processes
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)
