Job description
-Manage local warehousing activities
-Packing for own delivery/Courier pick up
-General stock cleanliness
-Delivery Arrangements
-Planning delivery routes and maximising no. of delivered packages on daily basis
-Stock delivery in Melaka, Tampin as required
-Timely update of delivery statuses to team lead
-Support merchandising deployment, set up, checking of merchandising materials, as required
-Provide feedback to salesperson on store situations (where applicable during deliveries to customer location(s))
-Provide customer service and ensure that all pre-sales/post-sales issues brought up are triggered upwards to Head of Sales for further action to be taken
-Work closely with sales team to ensure delivery arrangements satisfies customer requirements and company SOP
-Perform administrative duties and report on job assignments on daily basis

Job Requirements
-Willing to work at Menara Pelangi, Johor
-Monday - Friday (10am to 7pm), Sat half day (10am to 1pm)
