Job Scope
-Customer Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and line chat for the Singapore transport and food delivery market.
-Professional Assistance: Provide high-quality service regarding general inquiries and complaints.
-Data Management: Ensure all customer information is accurately updated and managed within the system.

Job Requirements
-Minimum SPM (Must pass Bahasa Melayu and Sejarah).
-Mandatory proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Willing to work 9-hour rotational shifts (includes 1 hour of total break time).
-Able to work during Weekends and Public Holidays
-Able work on morning / afternoon / night shift
-Able to commute to Medini 7, Johor and start on 25 March.

Total Compensation
-Monthly Salary: RM 2,100 Basic + Night Shift Allowances (Up to RM 300) + KPI Incentive (Up to RM 400) (Average take-home: RM 2,500 - RM 2,800).
-Additional Benefits: Overtime claims, Annual Leave, and Medical Leave.
