What You’ll Do:
Deliver Great Service: Act as the primary point of contact for account-related questions, processing transactions and service requests with a friendly, helpful attitude.
Drive Growth: Spot opportunities to help customers by pitching the right products—from credit cards and loans to savings and insurance—at the right time.
Solve Problems: Turn frustrated callers into happy customers by resolving complaints fast and keeping our CRM records 100% accurate.
Stay Secure: Keep our bank safe by following all "Rules of the Road," including essential AML and KYC compliance standards.
Verify & Protect: Take ownership of the "Know Your Customer" process by carefully checking IDs and documents against our official policies.
Candidate Eligibility
Education: Minimum Diploma holder.
Experience: 6 months or more in customer service, sales, or insurance.
Language: Strong command of English (B2) and Mandarin.
Competency: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.


Compensation & Perks
Basic Pay: RM 4,200 – RM 4,500 per month.
Work Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday) | Rest Days: 2 Days (Saturday & Sunday).
Daily Schedule: 10 AM – 7 PM (Total 9 hours, inclusive of 1 hours total break time).
Comprehensive Leave: 19 days Annual Leave + 14 days Medical Leave.
Paid Training: 3 weeks of intensive banking and compliance training.
Global Exposure: Interact with a diverse team in a world-class BPO environment.
