Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Manage account inquiries, financial transactions, and service requests with a commitment to professional excellence and courtesy.
Financial Solutions: Evaluate individual customer profiles to recommend suitable banking products, such as savings plans, credit facilities, personal loans, and insurance coverage.
Case Resolution: Address and resolve customer grievances efficiently while ensuring all client data is meticulously updated within the bank’s core system.
Regulatory Adherence: Conduct all communications in strict alignment with internal controls, including AML, KYC, and relevant financial industry regulations.
Identity Validation: Execute thorough verification of customer credentials and supporting documents to uphold bank security protocols.
Job Requirements
Diploma and above in Banking, Finance, Business, or related fields.
At least 6 months of relevant experience in a financial service or sales role.
High proficiency in English (B2) and Mandarin.
Ability to work under pressure and meet service quality benchmarks.
