The Role
Customer Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly through professional calls and digital channels (Email/Chat).
High Performance: Maintain quality standards by meeting daily service targets (SLA/KPI).
Professionalism: Manage all customer correspondence with a high level of satisfaction and care.
Candidate Eligibility
Minimum SPM/SKM or equivalent (Must pass BM and Sejarah).
Strong verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Willing to work 6 days a week on rotational shifts (Start times between 6 AM and 10 PM).
Shift includes a 1-hour lunch break.
Able to work during Weekends and Public Holidays
Able work on morning / afternoon / night shift
Available to start on 25 March.
Comfortable to come and work in Medini 7, Johor
Rewards & Perks
Monthly Salary: RM 2,100 Basic + Night Shift Allowances (Up to RM 300) + KPI Incentive (Up to RM 400) (Average take-home: RM 2,500 - RM 2,800).
