Responsibilities:
1. Provided excellent sales and customer services in retail outlets to achieve sales targets.
2. Handle inquiry and respond to customers’ feedback in professional manner.
3. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
4. Ensure all work performed in the branch operation are in accordance with the company policies/procedure, objectives within applicable laws.
5. To ensure all day-to-day transaction tallies.
7. Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by management and ensure all works are completed on deadline.
Requirements:
- SPM qualification or equivalent.
- An advantage with experience in retailing.
- Good customer service skills
- Able to speak and write English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (optional with mandarin speaking clients)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Full-time position.
- 6 days’ work per week.
