What you'll be doing
-Actively prospecting and identifying potential new clients within the assigned territory or industry
-Arranging and conducting meetings with decision-makers to understand their business needs and present compelling solutions
-Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals to secure new business
-Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
-Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities
-Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the freight or logistics industry
-Proven track record of successfully prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business deals
-Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
-Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities to understand client needs and tailor solutions
-Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
-Proficient in MS Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
-Confident in handling objections and effectively overcoming sales challenges
