What You’ll Do
-Manage or assist in your assigned kitchen section
-Prepare and execute dishes with consistency and care
-Maintain organised mise en place and smooth workflow
-Uphold high hygiene and food safety standards
-Support menu development and seasonal specials
-Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain quality
-Guide junior team members (for Chef de Partie role)

Who We’re Looking For
-1–4 years kitchen experience (role offered based on experience)
-Japanese cuisine background is a strong advantage
-Understanding of flavour balance
-Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
-Team player with a respectful, positive attitude
