Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales and Admissions Executive to join our founding team at the new Gamuda Cove campus. In this role, you will be responsible for driving student enrolment numbers while ensuring a seamless admissions journey for prospective families.



Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Manage the end-to-end student enrolment process from initial lead generation to successful admission.

Actively follow up and convert leads from various channels including walk-ins, website inquiries, and social media.

Conduct engaging, personalized, and persuasive campus tours for prospective parents.

Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and termly student enrolment targets.

Represent the school at Open Days, education fairs, roadshows, and community events to build brand awareness and generate new leads.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective families.

Admissions & Customer Experience:

Guide parents through the entire admissions process, including application submission, document collection, and fee payments.

Coordinate with the Academic team to schedule and facilitate student placement assessments and interviews.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date student and parent data in the school’s CRM.

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high parent satisfaction and a smooth onboarding experience for new students.

Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Academic, and Operations departments to continuously improve the enrolment process.
