Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new client accounts and expand market presence across B2B, B2C, and B2G.

Develop and deliver compelling proposals and solutions to meet client needs.

Drive sales penetration within existing accounts to maximize revenue.

Close deals and achieve individual, team, and business unit revenue targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Track account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to management.

Maintain strong client relationships and proactively resolve issues to ensure retention.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales.

Proven track record in acquiring new clients, closing sales, and driving revenue growth.

Strong proposal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Analytical and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
