Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all commercial activities across multiple business segments.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to maximize business opportunities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new growth areas.

Lead and mentor the commercial team to achieve business goals.

Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

5–7 years of commercial or business development experience.

Proven track record in driving growth across B2B, B2C, or B2G.

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Leadership experience with ability to inspire and guide a team.
