Key Responsibilities
Lead & expand PEOPLElogy’s Digital Workforce Transformation consulting practice

Partner with C-suite executives from client organisations to design and execute workforce transformation strategies

Develop digital talent architecture, AI-ready workforce models & capability frameworks

Build proprietary consulting IP: Future Workforce Blueprint, Digital Capability Maturity Model, AI Workforce Readiness Index

Drive consulting revenue pipelines and convert engagements into long-term transformation programs

Recruit, mentor & develop a high-performing consulting team

Represent PEOPLElogy as a thought leader at key industry forums, conferences, and executive engagements



Key Requirements
Proven experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or strategy advisory

Strong track record with C-suite stakeholders across enterprise or public sector clients

Experience leading transformation programs and delivering measurable impact

Strong commercial acumen, business development, and revenue-driving experience

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
