Key Responsibilities:

Lead SkillSture’s digital business growth and revenue generation.

Acquire new clients, expand existing accounts, and maximize platform adoption.

Develop and execute digital strategy, marketing campaigns, and engagement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Technology) to ensure smooth execution.

Build strong partnerships with clients, government, and stakeholders to enhance platform reach.

Use data insights to optimize performance, drive innovation, and achieve business KPIs.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or related; Master’s preferred.

5+ years in digital business, platform growth, or commercial leadership.

Proven experience in client acquisition, sales closing, and revenue growth.

Strong understanding of digital platforms, e-learning, and marketing strategies.

Analytical, strategic, and able to lead cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
