Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including postings, sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer management

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective hiring strategies

Manage recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, hiring pipeline, and recruitment performance

Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including HR induction and documentation

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems

Support HR policies and ensure compliance with internal procedures and labour regulations

Performance Management

Support the implementation and administration of the Performance Management System

Coordinate performance review cycles and follow up with HODs to ensure timely completion

Assist in preparing performance reports and analysis for management review

Support initiatives that drive employee development and performance improvement

HR Projects & Engagement

Assist in HR initiatives, including employee engagement activities, learning & development programs, and HR improvement projects

Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to attract quality talent

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in talent acquisition or HR operations

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes

Familiarity with performance management processes or InfoTech systems will be an advantage

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across departments

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring priorities
