Key Responsibilities:

1. Monthly Closing & Reporting

Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting policies.

Reconcile general ledger accounts including accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets.

2. Audit & Compliance

Prepare audit schedules and respond to audit queries.

Ensure timely resolution of issues raised during audits.

Assist in the preparation of Annual Financial Statements (AFS).

3. Tax & Regulatory Compliance

Prepare tax packs, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

Prepare annual corporate income tax computations and returns in compliance with local tax laws.

Ensure timely deduction, remittance, and filing of Withholding Tax (WHT) and Sales & Service Tax (SST) returns.

4. Budgeting & Financial Support

Assist in data collection for budgeting and forecasting across entities.

Perform variance analysis between actual vs. budgeted figures.

Prepare business commentary and supporting data for Finance Manager review.



Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or reporting.

Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

Strong Excel and accounting software skills.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines.

Good communication and team collaboration skills.
