Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Enablement & Executive Contribution

Track and follow up on all MD-assigned deliverables from GMs, using dashboards or task sheets, ensuring timely completion

Maintain structured and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including GMs, Board members, and investors

Prepare and update the MD’s performance scorecard and leadership content monthly

Monitor daily operational priorities to prevent administrative distractions and ensure focus

2. Performance & Operational Support

Align the MD’s calendar with strategic initiatives such as M&A, business expansion, and divisional development

Prepare concise briefs and post-meeting summaries for board, investor, and key management meetings within 24 hours

Manage and organize confidential documents, NDAs, and sensitive information with complete accuracy and zero delays

Coordinate all MD-related logistics, including travel, events, and investor meetings, ensuring full readiness and flawless execution

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience supporting C-level in a fast-paced corporate environment

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools

Ability to anticipate needs and work independently
