Responsibilities include:
-Answer customer questions
-Recommend suitable window film solutions
-Follow up leads and convert them into sales bookings

Walk-in Customer Sales
-Attend to customers visiting the tint shop
-Provide product explanation and consultation
-Prepare quotations and close sales

Telesales & Lead Follow-Up
-Follow up customer enquiries and quotations
-Contact potential customers who have shown interest
-Convert leads into confirmed installation appointments

Shop Operations
-Manage daily tint shop operations
-Arrange installation schedule
-Coordinate with installers and technicians
-Ensure a smooth customer service experience

Experience required:
-1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service
