Key Responsibilities
-Provide day-to-day administrative support.
-Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation.
-Maintain staff records, attendance, and HR documentation.
-Support payroll coordination and basic accounting administration (invoices, petty cash, purchase orders).
-Liaise with vendors and suppliers; manage office and operational inventory.
-Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
-Ensure proper filing and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
-Good understanding of hotel operations and departmental coordination.
-Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
-Discreet, dependable, and able to handle confidential information.
-Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
