Key Responsibilities
-Deliver personalised, anticipatory service throughout the guest journey.
-Curate and coordinate bespoke itineraries across dining, culture, and transport.
-Manage multiple guest interactions simultaneously while maintaining impeccable service standards.
-Build strong local networks with artisans, galleries, cultural partners, and experience providers.
-Anticipate and fulfil guest needs with discretion, tact, and attention to detail.
-Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Culinary, and Front Office to ensure seamless daily operations.
-Handle guest requests, logistics, and feedback efficiently while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach.
-Support overall guest experience operations during peak periods, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
-Experience as a Concierge, Butler, or in luxury guest relations, premium airline service, or other high-touch hospitality roles preferred.
-Strong multitasking ability with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
-Exceptional presentation, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
-Well-versed in Penang’s heritage, culture, and lifestyle offerings.
-Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
-Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
