What you'll be doing
-Handling general administrative duties such as filing, document management, and providing support to the office
-Performing accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and preparing periodic reports
-Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes
-Providing customer service and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
-Collaborating with the finance team to ensure efficient and compliant financial management

What we're looking for
-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines
-Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant office applications
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
-Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records
-Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, preferably in the Accounting industry
-Required own transportation
-Fluent in English and Mandarin. (Mandarin is mandatory due to client base)
