Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing
-Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
-Manage paid advertising campaigns including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
-Plan promotional campaigns for festive seasons and new menu launches.

Content Creation
-Create engaging video and visual content using CapCut, Photoshop, and AI marketing tools.
-Produce short-form videos, reels, and promotional materials for social media.
-Work with outlets to capture food photography and marketing content.

SEO & Online Visibility
-Optimize website content for search engines.
-Improve Google search rankings through SEO strategies.
-Manage Google Business Profile listings and customer reviews.

Social Media Management
-Manage and grow brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
-Monitor engagement, respond to customer comments, and build online communities.

Campaign Performance Tracking
-Track marketing performance using analytics tools.
-Prepare monthly marketing reports and insights.
-Improve campaigns based on data analysis.

Influencer & Partnership Marketing
-Identify suitable influencers, food bloggers, and KOLs.
-Coordinate collaborations, food reviews, and brand partnerships.

Requirements

Experience
-Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in F&B industry.
-Experience handling social media for restaurants or food brands is preferred.

Technical Skills
-Proficient in CapCut and Adobe Photoshop.
-Familiar with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.).
-Strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
-Experience running Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.

Education
-Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.

-Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
-Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
