Duties and responsibilities
-Supervise the front-of-house operations of the restaurant and provide prompt supports as and when necessary.
-Manage the administrative scopes of the operation and ensure all records are kept properly and consistently.
-Be part of the team to prepare team schedule for the senior management.
-Oversee all the front and back of the house restaurant follow Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
-Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
-Ensure customers satisfaction through promoting excellent service, response to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
-Maintain quality control for all food and beverages served.
-Oversee health code compliance (HALAL) and sanitation standards.
-Seek ways to reduce waste and decrease operational costs.
-Train new incoming staff for SOP and competency of working.
-Ensures to comply with all Health and Safety Standards as required and published by the management.
-Ensure hazards and non-compliances are reported timely, and provide support in the follow-up of corrective actions implementation.
-Provide support for the internal and external audit preparation, and follow-up with post-audit action plans within the stipulated timelines.
-Be part of the team to provide excellent customer service.
-Handle customer complaints when necessary.

Prerequisites
-Minimum TWO (2) years food service or related work (Supervisory).
-Previous Supervisory or lead experience is preffered.
-Proficient in English language.
-High School education (SPM/STPM) or equivalent experience.
-This position is for Malaysians or Malaysian PRs only.
