Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in providing the best customer experience. Including speaking to guests and offering advice in colour, fit and silhouette to best suit their needs.
2. Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise is available in all colours, sizes, and quantities.
3. Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor, in the fitting rooms and outlet.
4. Receiving and processing new stocks, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as supporting all stock-take exercises.
5. Cashiering duties using POS system to process payments, ensuring all the payment amounts are accurate with order.
6. Proactive and polite in serving customers.
7. Achieving sales target.



Job Requirements:

1. Open to SPM holders, Fresh-grad and above.
2. Senior / experienced candidate will be priority.
3. Individual who are good attitude and passionate about retail and service industry are welcome to apply.
4. Proficient in Chinese, English and Malay language.
5. Passionate about fashion, retail, and enjoy serving customers.
6. Comfortable with flexible work schedule and shift to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
7. Must be able to work in both 2 outlets.
8. Must be able to accept the switch of working in 2 outlets.
9. Able to start work immediately.
10. Good attitude, willing to learn and hardworking.
