🎯Job Description:
-Assist in the planning, coordination, and executing exhibitions and events.
-Liaise with contractors, exhibitors and venue management to ensure smooth event operations.
-Handle exhibitor operational orders including booth setup, electrical supply and other enquiries.
-Provide on-site support and resolve operational issues during event setup, event days and dismantling.
-Recruit, coordinate and provide training for part-time event staff.
-Assist with site inspection and preparation before events.
-Work closely with internal teams, suppliers and partners to ensure event timelines are met.

✨Skills & Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Business, or related field.
-1 year of experience in events is an advantage (fresh grads are encouraged to apply!).
-Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to multitask.
-Good communication and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in Mandarin (preferred), English, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
-Must be willing to travel
-Willing to work on weekends and public holidays during event period (replacement leave provided)
