Key Responsibilities:
-Attend all sales and marketing activities at sales galleries, roadshows, and exhibitions for new and upcoming property launches.
-Manage the loan documentation process, liaising with solicitors, end-financiers, and Sales and Purchase Agreements.
-To arrange for house viewing and follow up with purchaser(s)
-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
-To manage customer's property inquiries and update them on our products.
-To execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company.
-Ensure proper filing system and information posted in the INSOFT property system is up-to-date.
-Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.

Requirements:
-At least a diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, or a related field.
-Proven work (at least three years) experience as a sales and marketing executive within property development.
-Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
-High level of proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and verbal)
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office
-Experience in INSOFT property ystem for data entry (bonus)
-Familiarity with social media and web analytics (bonus)
-Excellent communication and people skills
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities
-Creativity and commercial awareness
