Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination (Primary)
• Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, and related sales documentation.
• Process and monitor customer purchase orders and track order status.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order tracking reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and deliveries.

HR & Administrative Support (Secondary)
• Assist HR in maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
• Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate files.
• Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and HR-related activities.
• Maintain filing and documentation for both Sales and HR departments.
• Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and other general administrative tasks.

Other Responsibilities
• Prepare reports for Sales and HR as required by management.
• Support departmental projects and perform other duties assigned by Sales or HR Managers.

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or HR administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
