Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
2. Payroll & Benefits: Handling payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits.
3. Employee Relations: Maintaining positive staff relationships, handling grievances, and ensuring a good work environment.
4. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
5. Performance Management: Assisting with performance appraisals and employee training programs

Requirements:
● Certificate / Diploma/ Degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● 1 – 2 years of experiences in HR operations, frequently in manufacturing or corporate settings is preferred.
● Able to speak and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia as the role requires interaction with employees/supervisors/suppliers.
● Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel etc.
● Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
