Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems (e.g., filters, refrigerants, coils).
Clean and replace air filters, ducts, and other components to ensure efficient system operation.
Check refrigerant levels, and inspect compressors, fans, and motors for performance issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot common HVAC issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Perform preventive maintenance for all the pipings and grease trap in store outlets.
Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature settings.
Provide regular reports on the system’s performance and any potential issues to the management.
Maintain accurate service logs and records of all work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies while performing tasks.
Required Skills

Proven experience as an HVAC technician, particularly with preventive maintenance.
In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, including components like compressors, coils, and refrigerants.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot air conditioning issues.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of safety protocols related to HVAC systems, refrigerants, and electrical components.
Qualifications

SPM, diploma or equivalent.
Certification in HVAC.
Valid driver’s license B2 or D and reliable transportation (for fieldwork).

Physical Requirements

Ability to work in tight or challenging spaces and environment.
Ability to lift heavy tools and equipment (e.g., air conditioning units, parts).
Willing to travel within Klang Valley and Outstation (if required).
