Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision

Oversee daily on-site construction work and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Verify that subcontractors and workers carry out work according to construction methodology and schedule.
Contractor Coordination

Coordinate site activities with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
Communicate work priorities and resolve minor on-site issues promptly.
Progress Monitoring

Track and report daily site progress and identify potential delays or disruptions.
Provide feedback to the Project Engineer or Site Manager for corrective action planning.
Quality & Safety Assurance

Conduct checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet required standards.
Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed and report non-compliance or incidents immediately.
Site Records & Reporting

Maintain accurate site records, including inspection checklists, delivery logs, and daily reports.
Assist in preparing documentation for progress claims, audits, and project reporting.
